Hi everybodyy In quarantine I think that my favorite singer is Hayley Williams because she makes good music and have a powerful voice. Hayley has been the singer and leader of Paramore since the formation. I think in that time (2004) was very hard for women to be in the music scene/industry even more be the leader of a rock band. My favorite album would it be “Petals for Armor” because it is the only album that she has hahaha It is really good and very intense. If you pay attention, all songs are linked or have a similar style/something that show us that every song is just a part of the story she wants to tell. My favorite songs would it be Leave it Alone, Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris, Why We Ever and Crystal Clear. Hello everyonee I would like to do my postgraduate studies about migration. In fact, I take a subject this semester related, called “Contemporary Problems of Anthropology: Multicultural Societies and Migrations” and I´ve tried since I started this career to do the Chair of Contemporary Racisms and Migrations teached by María Emilia Tijoux. In this studies I would like to learn about racism, cultural wealth/diversity, migration rights and laws. I really enjoy this theme so I always try to read about it or watch talks. I consider it necessary for the moment that we live, the world is more globalized over time and the race issues are one of the historical bases that has supported the discriminatory paradigm and supremacy of some over others. Hi everybodyy First at all, I´m always very insecure about my career or my future job haha I admire people who know what they want:p I think that I would like a job related with Archeology (lol) or History. Personally, I find very interesting to study plants and animals fossils, digging in the ground and then analyzing it. I would looove to go outdoors and having any kind of job to do it 😊 It is one of my goals in life. I´d love to travel a lot and anywhere, or live out of Chile (or Santiago, at least) I´m very bored of Santiago so my dream is to live in El Cajón del Maipo or the south of Chile (like Villarrica) and have a not so city life. I study Anthropolgy and I’m not very interesting of having a lot of money haha (or else I would have studied something else) As you can see, I don´t have a plan with my life because I think that things are always changing, and I can´t schedule something to long term. Hello Everyone! I really don´t have a favorite serie or movie, I struggle a lot to watch something because I have bad concentration haha:/ But I am going to pretend that my favorite serie is The Sinner, a Netflix show made in 2017. The sinner is a mystery serie and it is about a young mother who was in the beach having fun with her family and kills a man out of nowhere, with no reason. The sinner is a very good serie, is one of these show that keeps you always wanting more and surprise you all the time with the revelations as time goes by. I was constantly creating theories and changing them after:p The crime clearance, the character development and the story are very captivating. Also, Bill Pullman interpretation is impressive, and the esthetic is very cool and pretty. Hi everyone! I have been in quarantine since March 14th (long time for me) and I’m a little stressed about it. The first thing that I do when I wake up in the morning is take a shower. After that, I eat breakfast, usually a cup of tea and bread with marmalade or avocado. Then I prepare myself for the classes. I go to make my second cup of tea during the break. When the class end I have to help with the home tasks, specifically to cook the lunch. Somedays, like today, I have just an hour and a half to help in the kitchen and eat because I have another class after. Finally when the classes are over I go to eat something or to share a little bit with my mom. In my free time I play videogames, now I’m playing God of War 3, I’m very bad playing it so I don´t advance too much ☹ . I try to exercise too, every other day. Hello everyone! The most memorable concert experience for me has been the Harry Styles show of his tour Live on Tour. The show was on May 25, 2018 at the Movistar Arena. I´ve been a fan since 2012, when I was 11 years old so I feel like I´ve grown with him. I think we all know or heard about Harry, He´s a very popular English singer and a former member of One Direction. Like I said before, I’ve been a fan for years and I was really excited for the concert. The whole experience was very chaotic because he have too many fans and have a lot of security. I enjoyed the show all the time but my favorite part was the “rainbow tide”, a project where we have to put a paper of a certain color on the phones flashlights (I was in the purple zone, near from him)<3 Harry was very emotional and he thanked everyone for the idea and the affection.
